Strengthen and tone Developed in the 1920’s by Joseph Pilates, this class emphasises the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. Pilates is very popular with dancers as it helps increase core strength and flexibility without building bulky muscle.
